service agreement

RedHaus Digital Co. provides digital services including but not limited to AI video creation. Scope of work is defined per project or retainer agreement.

1. services

2. Project scope & deliverables

All deliverables are based on the agreed brief. Any additional work outside the approved scope may require a revised quote or add-on fee.

3. payment & billing

Work begins once payment is received. All partnership services are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.

4. turnaround time

We aim for a 48-hour turnaround on standard edits (Monday–Friday). Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on: Project complexity, client response time, revision rounds and asset availability.

Upon final delivery, the Client owns the rights to the final exported videos. RedHaus Digital Co. reserves the right to use the final work in our portfolio or for marketing purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. intellectual property

A "Revision" is a tweak to the existing edit (e.g., change music, fix caption, cut 2 seconds). A "Re-Edit" (e.g., "I want to use a totally different video file") is considered a new video request and will deduct from your video credits.

6. revisions vs re-edits

The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any footage, music, or likenesses provided to RedHaus Digital Co. for editing.

7. liability

No Refunds on Completed Work due to the custom, digital nature of our services, RedHaus Digital Co. does not offer refunds for any creative assets (videos, scripts, or strategies) once the creative process has begun. Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received via email at least 3 business days before the renewal date. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations; your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We stand behind our quality. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we are committed to working with you through our standard revision process to correct the issue, provided the request aligns with the original creative brief.
